When this website is accessed, technical access data is automatically processed by the web server. This may include IP address, date and time of access, page or file accessed, amount of data transferred, retrieval status, browser, operating system and, if transmitted, the previously visited page.
This data is processed to technically provide the website, ensure server stability and security, detect attacks or misuse and analyse errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in processing enquiries and protecting the form. Data transmitted via the form is not passed on without consent and a copy is not automatically sent to the sender. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been finally processed and no retention obligations or legitimate interests prevent deletion.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
